The company does not sell direct to “end users” but offers its sales partners design and technical service support functions and quite often is involved in intricate planning of major projects. The Show Technology team, led by managing director Emmanuel Ziino, has vast experience in all facets of the lighting industry including Computer Aided Design and Visualizations, nightclub and live show lighting design, production design, computer driven lighting console operation. The technical department features four fulltime engineers/technicians who maintain, repair and support equipment out in the field. Together the entire Show Technology team has more than 80 years experience of working in the specialized lighting field. The company constantly invests in staff training both locally and overseas and uses the latest in IT equipment and software to operate from its base in Sydney’s industrial centre, Silverwater. Included in it’s modern headquarters are two fully equipped showrooms with the company’s latest products from the professional, Pro Shop and architectural segments, a training facility, technical and service departments, warehousing and modern office facilities.
