The Role
We are currently seeking a dynamic Customer Service & Sales Support Representative to join our Perth team. Collaborating closely with the Technical Sales Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in maximizing the growth of Show Tech’s diverse range of products and solutions. As an integral part of our team, you’ll be responsible for cultivating and strengthening relationships with both new customers and existing customers to drive growth across our extensive offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with new and existing customers, fostering relationships and opportunities through face-to-face customer visits.
• Providing sales advice and support for incoming sales requests
• Provide timely and accurate replies to all incoming emails, handling inbound requests from new and existing customers, cross-selling and up-selling products, and making outbound follow-up calls to assist customers with their requirements.
• Provide high level support to the sales team. Including technical support where applicable for prepping gear for demonstrations inhouse & help with pre-delivery of gear for outgoing orders where required.
• Hands on training on our entire range of products – showroom maintenance etc
• General sales administration duties where required.
• Database maintenance through CRM
• Ensuring that customers always receive a positive experience.

About You:

• Prior experience in the professional entertainment lighting industry
• General understanding of professional lighting products and their uses.
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Proactive sales professional with excellent relationship-building skills and a charming phone manner.
• Experience providing accurate quotes and pricing, with an understanding of Show Tech products.
• Committed to exceptional customer service, ensuring positive interactions.
• Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, with adept negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Current WA Driver License
• Be able to travel if and when required.
