We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Silverwater. Working alongside our existing Marketing Coordinator and reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will share responsibility for day-to-day digital marketing and creative production, helping to plan and deliver campaigns across social media, email, website, video, print and events.
This role suits a confident marketer who can move comfortably between strategy and execution: developing an idea, producing the creative, publishing the campaign and reviewing its performance. You will have room to contribute ideas and make an impact, but you will also be expected to manage priorities, meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.
- Own the digital marketing calendar across social media, email and web, ensuring activity is consistent, timely and aligned with business priorities.
- Develop integrated campaigns for products, brands, events and company initiatives - from concept and copy through to creative production, launch and reporting.
- Create polished digital and print assets in Adobe Creative Suite, including social content, email graphics, brochures, advertisements, signage and sales support material.
- Produce and edit engaging video content for launches, demonstrations, events and social platforms.
- Build and optimise Mailchimp campaigns, including audience selection, testing, scheduling and performance review.
- Maintain and improve WordPress content, keeping product, brand and campaign information accurate, current and well presented.
- Interpret channel and campaign analytics, recommend improvements and maintain strong brand consistency across every customer touchpoint.
- Work with colleagues, suppliers and partners on promotions, merchandise and events, taking projects from brief through to completion.
You are an experienced marketing all-rounder with strong digital capability and a genuine creative instinct. You can show work you have personally delivered and explain the thinking, execution and results behind it.
- At least three years of full-time, hands-on experience in a similar marketing role; B2B, product or technical marketing experience will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated experience planning and executing digital campaigns across social media, email marketing and websites.
- Strong creative skills and a portfolio showcasing graphic design, digital content and ideally video work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly applications used for graphic design and video editing, plus strong general computer literacy across Microsoft Office.
- Practical experience with Mailchimp, WordPress and social media publishing and analytics tools.
- Excellent written English and confident copywriting, editing and proofreading skills, with a strong eye for detail.
- The ability to translate technical or product information into clear, engaging content for different audiences.
- Strong organisation and project-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and changing deadlines.
- A proactive, accountable working style and the confidence to take ownership, collaborate across teams, make recommendations and follow through.
- A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, design or a related discipline.
- Working knowledge of SEO, paid social or paid search, and contemporary digital marketing practices.
- Experience marketing within entertainment technology, lighting, AV, events or another technical product category.
- A competitive salary package aligned with your experience and capability.
- A varied role with genuine creative input and exposure to leading international brands.
- A friendly, collaborative and secure environment with modern facilities, an on-site gym and on-site parking.
Please email your CV and a portfolio of relevant work to hr@showtech.com.au with the subject line Marketing Coordinator. Your portfolio should demonstrate your digital, design and creative capability and clearly identify the work you personally delivered.
Please note: This is a full-time, on-site role in Silverwater. Applicants must be Australian or New Zealand citizens or permanent residents, as sponsorship is not available.
No agencies, please. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
