The latest product to the zactrack portfolio, zactrack mini is now ready for action. Your newest tracking solution now comes in a briefcase sized case for easy transport and deployment by one person! zactrack mini embraces the core zactrack values and puts this tracking solution in a smaller form factor with battery operated components and wireless connectivity for an even faster and easier setup. The user experience is at the heart of zactrack mini. Smaller venues, exhibitions stands, individual performers, rental companies, House of Worship are only a small number of the broad applications for our new smaller friend. With this new system helping to introduce tracking to new users and smaller spaces, zactrack mini will also be a more economically viable solution for many users too. Tracking and following is now opened up for any application, designer or performer to embrace and use. zactrack mini can be physically setup in minutes. A Master Anchor forms the nucleus of the zactrack mini infrastructure. This Master Anchor is of course an Antenna. But, additionally it is the zactrack Server, also the wireless access point and it’s even a DMX Node! Yes, zactrack mini can output DMX directly to fixtures with XLR cable. This concept of the Master Anchor having four uses in one box already simplifies the system for the user and removes the need for additional hardware previously needed such as the wireless access point, DMX Node and network switches. ​Five smaller Anchors complete the deployed Antenna array or cell, giving us a tracking or performance area of 15 x 15 metres. zactrack mini gives us 2.5D tracking, so the Z height is achieved with using height offset – easy to use instantly on the Android tablet or on a console fader! To help with Anchor deployment and positioning, your zactrack mini kit includes small tripods that secure directly onto the Anchor housing. ​The 5 trackers included in a zactrack mini Kit are used on your stage floor for fixture alignment (tracker calibration discs and charging station included too) – The Plug and Play nature of the zactrack SMART system is continued into zactrack mini. USB-C Chargers are also included in a zactrack mini Kit for all components, most importantly those have replaceable multi-region plugs in the kit too. zactrack SMART is the world’s first plug and play automated follow system. System setup takes less than 15 minutes from unpacking the system components to 3D tracking for stage lighting, sound or video effects. zactrack SMART uses self-measuring “mesh network technology” to accurately calculate the dimensions of the stage without using any measurement aid … just like magic! zactrack uses state of the art Ultra-Wide-Band (UWB) real time radio tracking technology. Acting from 6.2 to 6.7 GHz frequency spectrum with minimum power levels, the technology is available worldwide without any licensing for the end user. Radio tracking transmits through common stage materials (cloth, cardboard, wood, scaffolding . . .) and is undisturbed by any effect or weather-related interference (direct sunshine, fog, rain, snow, lighting, fireworks, . . .) Just hide the tiny tracker under your costume, clip it on a lanyard around your neck or simply put it in your pocket. zactrack is easily applicable for all situations from theatre plays to business presentations. ​zactrack tracking pinpoints the target down to +/- 5 cm accuracy in 3D space and uses advanced prediction mathematics to cope with speeds from acrobats and ice hockey athletes to race cars zactrack uses a unique and patented fixture alignment algorithm wich delivers unparalleled accuracy of any moving fixture around the stage. The software uses advanced mathematics to locate the correct position and orientation of the fixture in 3D space resulting in extreme precision of long throw beams positioned even 100 meters from the target. With a single zactrack server you can control lighting fixtures, video effects and 3D sound simultaneously. The system integrates with any stage network and works together with the lighting desk of your choice. Creative work of the LD always stays at the console.
