ZONDA 9 WASH is the first luminaire in a new family of products devised for stage lighting, equipped with a high-performance 40-Watt LED source with RGB+W additive colour synthesis. This fixture offers a proprietary optical system consisting of a wide dial of 37 lenses in PMMA, 384 mm in diameter, combined with 37 glass light guides with an output surface made of an optical micro-structure. This LED/optical system combination can produce powerful light output of 25,000 lumens and a perfectly homogeneous mixture of pastel and saturated colours, regardless of the colour mix chosen. The perfectly crisp separation between the light sources helps to reinforce the level of contrast. Endowed with a 50 mm truncated transmitting lens with an optical surface equivalent to that of a 70 mm round lens, ZONDA 9 WASH can obtain a highly intensive beam with a zoom ratio of 14:1 and a wide zoom range of 4.0° to 56°. ZONDA 9 WASH is a radical luminaire intended for stage lighting in the true sense. The careful colour mixing of the sources allows for perfect colour reproduction. This is a machine with phenomenal powers capable of delivering stunning visual effects. An ultra-compact 300 W beam-spot luminaire equipped with a 168 mm frontal lens, KARIF offers an astronomical zoom ratio of 17:1 and a zoom range of 2.8° to 47°. To achieve an ultra-intense beam with an LED source, AYRTON uses an entirely new miniaturised high-efficiency low-etendue compact LED module. Calibrated at 8000 K, it can generate powerful metallic white light and deep, vivid colours suitable for this type of application. KARIF provides overall output of 14,000 lumens at a colour temperature of 6500 K. In this first hybrid LED luminaire, AYRTON has added continuous rotation to its panoramic movement to expand the possibilities for creating complex special effects. Four colour-temperature correction filters, and nine complementary colour filters on two concentric circles (patent pending). The effect section includes one wheel with nine interchangeable rotating HD glass gobos. For KARIF-LT to reproduce multiple images, AYRTON has developed a totally new wheel of fixed multi-position gobos with instant access to 19 HD glass gobos and 20 metal gobos on three concentric circles (patent pending). Ayrton has developed Bora, its new feature-packed 750 W wash luminaire, using a radical approach. Its specific function is to establish the perfect atmosphere for your creative design. Fitted with a frontal 178 mm spherical lens, the proprietary optical system using 13 high-quality lenses was developed specifically for “wash” applications. For the latest wash-type luminaire of the HURACÁN family, AYRTON has designed an entirely new Fresnel lens with an optical structure specially developed for use with framing barndoors, also favouring use with geometric gobos or ovalisation lenses, without constraints. A subtle progressive diffusion system allows the diffusion level to be adapted according to the application and accessories or optical elements used. The Fresnel lens also significantly improves the colour mix and can obtain 10% more light than when using a conventional Fresnel lens F.O.S.™. The proprietary optical system of HURACÁN WASH delivers a 12:1 zoom ratio and a zoom range of 6.2° at half peak to 75° at one-tenth peak. This new luminaire adopts the complex colour mixing system of HURACÁN PROFILE, offering a double level of CMY saturation that can obtain 281 trillion colours and a triple corrector for variable colour temperature allowing subtle adjustment from 2700 K to 15000 K and significant CRI improvement.
