After the global triumph of Cobra – sold in thousands across the world – AYRTON unveils Mamba, a groundbreaking, versatile lighting concept. Equipped with a laser source twice as powerful, Mamba delivers a multitude of breathtaking new psychedelic effects that are nothing short of spectacular. Mamba boasts unmatched graphic capabilities, featuring 18 motors dedicated solely to effect creation. It offers a vast selection of 92 fixed and rotating metal gobos across two wheels, specifically designed to sculpt light in “beam” mode. An endlessly rotating ovoid animation wheel adds to its dynamic arsenal. The gobos can be paired with an initial level of two palettes, each containing four individually rotating prisms that can be combined. These can then be linked to a second level of four combinable prisms situated at the front of the fixture, enabling the creation of a multitude of complex volumetric effects. Completing its graphic toolkit are two Frost filters. Mamba introduces a highly innovative colour section, including a brand-new high-definition gradient CMY mixing system and an instant-access multi-position wheel equipped with 15 complementary colour filters, two multicolour filters, two CTP correctors, a progressive CTO, and three multicolour sections – RGB, CMY, and RGB+CMY – spread over two concentric circles. Fitted with a 250 mm front lens, the proprietary 13-lens optical system offers a 21 x zoom range and an operating span from 0.7° to 15°, pushing the boundaries of beam definition with a native contrast unparalleled by any digital light source. ZONDA 3 is a versatile fixture with amazing effects that can switch from beam to wash with great ease. Its speed of movement and reduced dimensions increase its dynamic potential. Because of its size, it is easy to use in compositions with curtains or matrices. Fitted with seven high-performance 40-Watt LED sources with RGB+W, ZONDA 3 offers a proprietary optical system made up of a unique 170 mm mono-block cluster in PMMA, which enhances beam coherence, and seven glass light guides with an output surface that has an optical micro-structure. DOMINO LT is the first all-terrain LED luminaire in the « LT » (Long Throw) range designed for intensive outdoor use in long-distance applications requiring high precision. To create this extreme luminaire unrivalled on the market, AYRTON has used “XXL” 225 mm-diameter frontal optics weighing 7 kg that can obtain an ultra-intensive beam. The proprietary optical system has 13 lenses, delivering a 15:1 zoom ratio and a zoom range of 3.5° to 53°. DOMINO LT was developed to cope with the most extreme conditions, able to acclimate to all types of environments and endure rapid climate change. For this purpose, DOMINO LT has borrowed from the style and minimalist design of DOMINO PROFILE, incorporating full weather-proofing features while ensuring total accessibility to the luminaire’s internal functions. With its new die-cast aluminium frame, the luminaire uses the same base, reducing its visual footprint to a minimum.
