Following on from its successful range of LED bars introduced last year, Claypaky has now expanded the Tambora family further and introduces TAMBORA LINEAR 100, an advanced line of static LED Pixel mapping bars designed for versatile lighting effects and artistic set decoration. These are hybrid bars, which incorporate two complementary effects into one fixture. The first is driven by a system of 400 RGB pixel LEDs, which offer a background light very similar to that of a high definition LED wall in appearance. This LED array can be controlled as 16 LEDs in 25 groups to provide high quality motion graphics. The second effect is created by a central line of 200 extremely powerful white LEDs for an overwhelming strobe effect, capable of reproducing the behavior of the most celebrated strobe fixtures on the market. This effect can also be controlled through 25 different areas, offering unparalleled versatility. All graphic content can be managed through the Advanced Layers Management, an exclusive feature of Claypaky LED bars, with which you can choose to use different levels of effects simultaneously, giving free expression to your creativity. It is the only hybrid fixture on the market that can act simultaneously as a strobe, wash and blinder, specifically designed with a modular approach for use in a linear array, to offer new creative opportunities to lighting designers. The strobe section is based on two strips of very powerful white LEDs and a large beam angle aperture, capable of bringing a real impact of light into the show. The blinder and the wash functions are obtained thanks to 4 large central RGBWW LED reflectors of 100W each, individually controllable in each function through the Advanced Layers Management. A high-power LED batten fixture, with advanced pixel mapping capabilities and unique “three layers” selection, which you can arrange seamlessly in line or in a matrix for amazing lighting effects. The need for a high-power, feature-rich batten fixture is now fulfilled with the Claypaky Tambora Batten. Powered by sixteen Osram 40W RGBW LEDs – the same LEDs used to power the HY B-EYE and MINI-B fixtures – this fixture allows dynamic control of each LED cell for dynamic pixel mapping effects. Users can control each LED’s colour, dimming, and strobe rates individually or in unison. Several bars may be arranged seamlessly in a line or in a matrix while maintaining the distance between the LEDs between fixtures for uniform appearancse side-by-side and top to bottom. The Tambora Batten offers linear zoom control from 4° to 50° and the unit’s cells tilt has a range of over 220° making it very versatile. The AROLLA PROFILE MP is the smallest and lightest moving head fixture available in its class. While small in stature, it delivers powerful light output with its 470-Watt white LED engine (at over 22,000 lumens output) and is full of the features you would expect in a much larger, more expensive luminaire. eSWAP is a unique feature of this series, that is the interchangeability of the framing assembly of the profile version with the gobo module from the spot model. These modules can be moved from their fixture to the other version and the fixture’s electronics immediately recognizes and configures the fixture to operate with the module, so users do not have to make any changes themselves to the menu system. Claypaky known for our industry-leading precision optics and colour reproduction has given the AROLLA PROFILE MP fixture an optical system with a 6 to 50 degree zoom range, a CMY colour mixing system that produces deep, rich colours (including an unmatched deep red), a seven-colour colour wheel that includes an 88+ CRI enhancement filter, and linear CTO to hit the colour temperatures you need. The unit’s source is a native 6000K that does not produce the metallic white that often limits the fixture’s application and colour temperature range. For eye-catching aesthetics, the AROLLA PROFILE MP is fitted with a 120-millimeter diameter front lens giving the unit a unique look when viewed from the front. For effects, the AROLLA PROFILE MP comes with one rotating gobo wheel that has seven rotating high-definition gobos. Thanks to our exclusive “Go-Bright” technology, there is no light loss or color shift when gobos are inserted into the beam. The unit also includes a four focal plane framing system, a rotating animation wheel and a four-facet rotating prism.
