The DMX Splitter 2 in 10 out fully isolated is a 19” rackmount DMX splitter supporting the bidirectional extension to the DMX protocol to accommodate Remote Device Management (RDM). The Theatrelight 4 way DMX splitter is a stand alone, mount anywhere, 4 way optically isolated DMX splitter. The splitters present a very low load to the DMX line: up to 50 splitters can be paralleled on a single DMX feed, ideal for very large LED displays. The internal circuitry re-shapes any slow edges in the incoming DMX signal and retransmits the enhanced signal through low impedance, high current RS-485 transmitters. All input and output DMX lines are isolated from each other by 500 VAC tested insulation. For long-term reliability in noisy power conditions, no microprocessor is used in the signal path. The version is fitted with Neutrik 5 pin XLRs for compliance to the DMX standard. The is fitted with Neutrik 3 pin XLR for installations which use 3 pin as a standard. The TL-F500 is designed to replace 500W tungsten fixtures. The TL-F500 is a white LED Fresnel spotlight suitable for general lighting in small theatres and TV studios, and for exhibition and lighting display including art galleries and museums. It is available fitted with colour runners to hold colour filters and beam shaping barndoors for theatre use, or without colour runners for general display use. The model can be changed by the customer as the parts are supplied for the other model. A number of lens types, wattage ratings, and colour temperature options are available in both models, with either 3 or 5 pin XLR connectors, or RJ45 ethernet connectors for DMX over Cat 5 or Cat 6 cable. The F500 can also be ordered fitted with an internal wireless DMX card by Lumen Radio (WDMX compatible) with either an internal 2dB or external high gain antenna. The major benefits over an equivalent spotlight using an incandescent bulb are the marked savings in running costs. The light output is similar to many 500/1000 watt incandescent Fresnels, but at a little over 10% of the power costs.
